Ginny’s Burden

Another Harry goes hunting for horcruxes and Ginnys gets left behind fic. But I like this one, ’cause it was written after book seven came out, so there are things you recognise from the book. But there’s a twist, there’s always a twist! And if you don’t want to read any Ginny-loves-Harry-but-he-left-angst, you should probably not read this. But I LOVE it!

”There was no comfort left for Ginny except for the thought of Ron, Hermione, and her family safe…and Harry… And yet she wondered if he was as hopeless and dead as the tree behind her, only to disappear forever from her until she was left without anyone or anything in the world to make her feel alive again.Don’t let yourself think like that Ginny she turned her head towards the sky.He had to be out there, safe, and she knew it. He was with her brother, and Hermione. They would take care of each other. She only wished to be with them. She started to sink closer and closer to despair, her only comfort was the slowly starting bump on her abdomen.

She was so afraid, she needed Harry more than ever…but at the same time, she didn’t want to distract him. Most of all, she couldn’t let anyone know…worst of all a Death Eater…

Tears began to flow down her face like pelting rain putting out a fire. Her heart was squeezing in her chest.

She had no idea what she was going to do.”

There is some fluff in between all the angst, so even a fluffer, like me, can read it. The only problem I have with this is that it’s not updated that often…and there’s a major cliff-hanger at the end, so beware!
